1. Overview
CoinLauncher is a non-custodial application, and we have designed it to work without accounts and without collecting personal information. This policy explains the limited data involved when you use the Service and how it is handled.
2. No account, no personal data
You do not create an account to use CoinLauncher, and we do not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or government identification. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase, and we will never ask for them.
3. Wallet connection
To use the Service you connect a Solana wallet through Reown AppKit, a wallet connection tool. When you connect, we receive your wallet's public address so the app can show your balances and build transactions for you to sign. We never receive your private keys.
4. On-chain activity is public
Transactions you sign are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public ledger. Any token you mint, pool you create, or transfer you make is publicly visible and permanent. This is a property of the blockchain and not something CoinLauncher controls.
5. Content you publish
When you add token details such as a name, symbol, description, or image, that content is uploaded to a decentralized storage network (IPFS) through our storage provider (Pinata) so that wallets and explorers can display it. Once published to IPFS, this content is public and may not be removable.
6. Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, in standard server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We use this only to run the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.
7. Local storage
The Service may store information in your browser, such as your wallet connection state and interface preferences, so the app works correctly between visits. This data stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties that handle data under their own privacy policies, including Solana RPC providers, Raydium, wallet providers and the Reown AppKit connection tool, and Pinata and IPFS. We encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for how third parties handle your data.
9. Data retention
Because we do not maintain user accounts, we do not keep personal profiles. Standard technical logs are retained only as long as needed to operate and secure the Service. On-chain and IPFS data is permanent and outside our control.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly process data from children.
11. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, and you can clear locally stored data through your browser. Because we do not collect personal information or maintain accounts, there is generally no personal profile for us to access or delete on request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
